Welcome to Grief Support Services where…
it is possible to get unstuck from grief and feel a little lighter again.
We can gently walk the grief journey together until you feel ready to continue that journey without me.
I’ll show you how.
My professional experience in the field of trauma, loss, end of life and mourning began 25 years ago.
Since then, I’ve been helping people to cope better with their thoughts and feelings, such as guilt, regret, shame or anger, with life’s losses, life-limiting illnesses, or with feeling stuck in pain over someone who has died.
See below for a variety of services for the various needs you might have at different points in your loss and grief journey.

I would definitely recommend Santou who has a wealth of understanding and knowledge in supporting those of us who have experienced loss, trauma or grief. She is non-judgemental and has shown me warmth, acceptance and empathy. She has provided emotional and practical support and helped me to become more self-aware and not give up hope. The incredible support I have received has helped me feel I am not alone, and I am truly grateful for and will always appreciate her care, attention and patience with me.
Santou gave me insight & hope & guidance. Very supportive.
She was able to help me reconcile my challenges with the fact that I am not alone and there are many others going through similar challenges. This gave me hope which, at the time, I was very short of. You would be amazed how much hope can help transform your physical, emotional and psychological state.
