Surviving Grief groups for adults:

Eight sessions of 8-10 regular pre-registered participants that is customised to the needs of the group.  No newcomers admitted to the group once the group has formed and started. Please enquire below for further details.

Writing Through Grief: 

This is a therapeutic writing group with structured time for you to write (or draw) whatever you want to help you in your grief.  The sessions provide multi-sensory prompts, such as literature, music, guided meditations, as encouragement to help you get started. 

Resilient Parenting Group Coaching Programme: 

This is a 10-session learning programme for widow(er)s or caregivers to support children who are bereaved from the death of their parent. (No newcomers admitted after the group has formed and begun.)

Healing Young Hearts grief groups for adolescents (in Secondary School): 

Eight sessions of 10 regular pre-registered participants that is customised to the needs of the group, using interactive, creative tools and activities.  No newcomers admitted to the group once the group has formed and started. Please enquire below for further details.

Online Conversation Cafés

Meaningful Farewells (an ongoing drop-in group – limited-size)

This is a facilitated, free-flowing discussion where you can learn and share ideas of meaningful activities to discover effective ways to support the dying. The ideas will be captured, typed up afterwards and emailed to participants.

Grave Talk (a stand-alone drop-in group – limited-size)

This resource uses reflective questions for discussion on the following themes: Life, Death, Funerals, Grief, and Cultural Influences which shape our thinking about these topics.

The participants choose from a menu of questions they would like to discuss, based on the themes available and the interests/needs of the group.  Participants often find this to be nourishing and enriching experience.
